Cancellation Policy:

At Sailing with Sal, we aim to create memorable sea adventures for everyone. We understand that plans can change. That’s why we’ve made our cancellation policy flexible and straightforward.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your tour, you’ll receive a full refund. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the tour, we cannot offer a refund. This policy helps us ensure high-quality experiences for all our guests.

Weather and other unexpected events can sometimes force us to cancel a tour for safety. If this happens, you can choose between a full refund or reschedule your tour for another day.

Please arrive at our meeting point in Doca de Santo Amaro, Lisbon at least 15 minutes before your tour time to ensure you don’t miss out. Unfortunately, we can’t refund guests who are late and miss the tour.

For those booking custom private tours or large group outings, we have a different cancellation policy. We will share these details with you during the booking process.
